Texada Expands SaaS Platform into Additional Dealer Networks with CustomerTrax Acquisition

We are very happy to announce that Texada Software has acquired CustomerTrax, a leading CRM provider to various dealership groups. With the CustomerTrax acquisition, we look forward to accelerating the expansion of our industry-leading SaaS platform further into heavy equipment dealerships.

Our customers are getting extraordinary value from the Texada platform. We’ve seen WesTrac achieve tangible benefits from our sales and quoting solutions - and grow into Texada’s service management suite. We’ve also seen Southside Lifts & Rentals automate and streamline their operations from payments to equipment management with the Texada platform.  

The Texada platform integrates equipment sales, service, and rental with industrial CRM, equipment-aware Service Management, and full Rental Management. This enables our customers to begin or accelerate their digital transformations.
